A nod to one of our favourite four-legged friends from the big screen (1986 film ‘Stand By Me’) ‘Chopper’ is a crispy 6.5% West Coast IPA with bright citrus mixed with classic pine and dank notes from hop additions Motueka, Amarillo, Mosaic Cryo & Simcoe Hyperboost. Lean malt, firm bitterness and a resinous finish keeps it refreshing and ‘vicious’ enough to chase down any pesky junkyard intruders. Chopper, sick balls.
