Brewed in collaboration with the legendary Lumos Bakery for GABS 2025, this decadent beer is inspired by their cult-favourite Brownie Bomb — a croissant-meets-brownie hybrid that’s as indulgent as it sounds.
We started with a classic English Brown Ale base, layering in rich, bready, pastry-like flavours using freshly baked pastry offcuts straight from Lumos’ ovens. Into the whirlpool went premium dark chocolate, followed by a generous dose of organic cacao nibs.
The result? A full-bodied, smooth, chocolate-forward with decadent brownie notes, yet remains effortlessly drinkable like a classic English Brown Ale.
