Grand Final Day FAQs
Do I have to buy a ticket? No - This is a FREE EVENT however we strongly suggest booking a table for you and your mates so you can be assured a seat/table.
Bookings: All bookings will be allocated a seat. Depending on the size of your table booking, it will be shared table arrangements on the day e.g. a booking of 2 people may be seated with other guests to maximize the table arrangements.
Cancellation policy: Credit card details will be taken as a Pre-Authorisation to secure your booking. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up by 1pm on Grand Final Day, a charge of $20 per person will apply (this includes children). If you turn up, you won't get charged.
Need to cancel? You can cancel your reservation online without penalty up to 24 hours before your booking time. Please cancel via your booking email from NowBookIt. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice due to medical reasons, please email bar@wolfofthewillows.com.au or call ahead 03 9587 2480. Do not cancel online as you will be automatically charged.
Can we bring the kids? Yes of course! They do count towards your booking numbers so please include them in the reservation.
What happens if I don't book? There will be limited standing room available, on first come first serve basis. We strongly suggest booking ahead. Weather dependent, we will be setting up a big screen outside for viewing on the day for those who don't have a booking.
I have booked outside - what if it's raining? If you book for outside and the weather is poor (raining) we will accommodate you as best we can, but cannot guarantee being able to move you inside.
