Celebrate the 'Day of the Dead' Wolf x Tequila Tromba style. Come with us to 'Disco De Los Muertos' aka Disco of the Dead. Party in the Cantina’s of the Mexican highlands with a unique sour beer based on the Sangrita of Jalisco, Mexico. Tromba tequila, orange juice, a squeeze of lime, and pomegranate, all skillfully combined to make a cocktail sour beer that will help you shake up the bones of the dead.

We love a collaboration, but who’s had the cajones to collaborate with the madness of  Mexico and an Aussie owned tequila? No one. (Ok, maybe a few). We reached out to our good friends at Tromba Tequila and decided to make a cross-Pacific, cross-cultural cocktail beer to celebrate the Day of the Dead, or more fittingly to help you party the Disco De Los Muertos party, aka DISCO OF THE DEAD.

COCKTAIL RECIPES

Cocktails specially created by Melbourne's top cocktail bartenders to help you disco.

“cerveza de tomate fizz”

60ml Tromba Blanco
20ml agave
25ml lemon
3 bsp quality salsa (La Fundidora Fuego Salsa)
1/2 egg white
Big pinch of Tajin

Dry shake.
Double strain into jar.
Top with Wolf x Tromba deliciousness, aka Disco of the Dead II Orange Sangrita Sour Beer.
Sprinkle Tajin on top.
Salud!

50ml Tromba Blanco
Half tangelo cut into chunks then muddled
3-5 Parsley leaves
5ml Hemp seed oil

Combine in shaker with ice
Shake fast & hard then double strained into a pot glass then top with Wolf × Tromba Orange Sangrita Sour

Giddup!

30 ml Tromba Blanco
15 ml Pampelle blood orange liqueur
30 ml salted watermelon syrup
3 dashes aromatic bitters
Build
Ice
Top with Wolf x Tromba Disco sour
Garnish Jamaica salt

“The Spice Melange”

45ml Tromba Blanco
30ml Lemon Stock
20ml Pomegranate + Ginger + Szechuan Pepper Agave
20ml Flat Blood Orange Kombucha

Hard Shake all ingredients (except beer) with ice.
Double strain into ice filled Double Old Fashioned glass.
Top and float with Disco of the Dead (pour gently so that it stays sexy and separated)
Garnish with dehydrated blood Orange wheel and serve with a side of tortilla chips and the rest of the beer, waste not want not!

30mls tromba tequila
Whole can wolf of the willows
150mls Pinot noir
100mls orange juice
60mls strawberry sugar syrup

Add all items except can of Disco and refrigerate. When all cold, add Disco of the Dead II Sangrita Sour and put into thermos for park drinks. Add fresh fruit, orange, strawberries and mint are a big hit. Your set to take to the park and have cold cocktails. Serves 4
