Perfect for those days in the backyard, being outdoors, and just enjoying a beer, this Australian Pilsner is the 'No Fuss, Good Beer'.
Pilsner is simply a type of lager beer - a good larger that is. Don't be scared off, this isn't some mass produced rubbish from cheap ingredients. Using Australian Enigma hops and all Aussie malts, this Pilsner is lagered to perfection. It has clean stonefruit and floral aromas, a full mouthfeel, a dry crisp finish, with a rounded bitterness.
Hops Aussie Enigma hops give it a light hop aroma
Malt Pilsner, Wheat and Vienna to provide a subtle bready malt character
Finish Crisp rounded bitterness
Easy: Enjoy this green tinnie with your favorite dumplings, don't hold back on the Sriracha!
Medium: This Pilsner is sure to compliment a creamy, spicy dish, especially the ole fave Indian Butter Chicken aka Murg Makhani. Don't forget the garlic naan on the side!
Harder: A Pilsners crisp and refreshing taste can cut through the spiciness and creaminess of food, and provide a much needed relief from the heat. It also shines when added to so many recipes. Fancy a pork chop marinade of PILS, soy sauce, honey and lemongrass? Then check out the recipe and link on cooking with Pilsners.
*** PLEASE NOTE: We ensure the keg and the beer inside it leaves the brewery in a premium condition. Many factors such as design, condition of the system, temperature, etc will determine how the beer pours. and these are outside our control. If you are having issues there are numerous self help websites and forums on the internet that can assist.
If you wish to purchase a keg you do so understanding that a reasonable level of experience and competence is required at your end to get our tasty beer flowing. Thanks for understanding.
